Turn new provider engagements into lasting partnerships
You play a critical role in turning provider engagement into measurable growth. As a Provider Development Specialist, you serve as an extension of the field sales organization, building on the momentum created through new account introductions, in-services, and educational events. Your focus is to convert newly engaged providers into active ordering accounts, increase utilization among existing providers, and re-engage providers who have stopped ordering.
In this role, you’ll proactively follow up with providers, identify opportunities for growth, and drive continued adoption. Through consistent outreach, you’ll help providers move from initial interest to first order—and from first order to sustained utilization. You’ll also maintain relationships with existing providers to uncover opportunities for increased engagement and reconnect with lost ordering providers to bring them back into active use.
This is a proactive, growth-oriented sales role. Success is measured by your ability to activate providers, generate repeat ordering behavior, increase utilization, and strengthen provider relationships over time. By creating consistent engagement after the initial field sales interaction, you help maximize each opportunity and contribute directly to expanding access to sleep and respiratory care.
Your ability to listen, understand needs, and provide actionable guidance not only strengthens provider confidence but also contributes to Resmed’s mission of changing lives through connected health.
