About the Role

The Provider Network Management Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Provider Relations team. In this role, you'll help maintain an accurate and effective provider network by coordinating onboarding activities, reviewing contracts and credentialing documentation, supporting provider communications, and assisting with network maintenance initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong dental background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple shared Outlook inboxes and respond to provider inquiries from dental offices and internal departments.
  • Support providers with web portal navigation and account assistance.
  • Assist with provider recruitment and onboarding activities, including obtaining and tracking required documentation.
  • Review provider contracts, credentialing documents, updates, and termination requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Extract, organize, and prepare provider contract submissions for processing.
  • Support network maintenance activities by verifying provider information, appointment availability, office data, and roster updates.
  • Coordinate and distribute provider communications, alerts, and updates via email and other communication channels.
  • Route requests and workflows to the appropriate departments and Network Managers.
  • Partner with Network Managers to maintain tracking tools and support ongoing projects.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and provide follow-up support.
  • Research issues, analyze information, and assist with operational and system-related projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider-related questions and support business objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in:
    • Dental office management or administration
    • Managed healthcare
    • Customer service
    • Sales support
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dental PPO and/or DHMO environments.
  • Knowledge of provider contracting and credentialing processes.
  • Understanding of dental terminology and dental office operations.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and dental insurance products.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $21.50 - $26.00 hourly not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
