Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our new Cherry Hill office. This is a hybrid position requiring t hree days per week , with the flexibility to complete the remainder of your schedule remotely. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults based on your clinical expertise. Complete 45-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute medication follow-up appointments , allowing adequate time for thoughtful, client-centered care. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Collaborate closely with therapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, integrated care. Utilize pharmacogenomic testing (GeneSight) and third-party drug screening services when clinically appropriate to support informed treatment decisions. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in weekly individual supervision, group consultation, and interdisciplinary case discussions. Who You Are Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey. Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care. A collaborative clinician who enjoys working alongside therapists and other providers. Excellent communicator with strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. Adaptable, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
