About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Psychiatrists to contribute to a customer-focused project aimed at improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to help train next-generation AI models by developing, evaluating, and analyzing realistic psychiatric scenarios and mental health case studies.

Your work will help improve how AI systems understand psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, cultural considerations, and clinical decision-making. No prior AI experience is required your psychiatric expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies based on real-world clinical practice.
• Conduct expert reviews of psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.
• Create detailed clinical annotations and documentation that reflect evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Produce clear written analyses and professional documentation in both Indonesian and English.
• Evaluate AI-generated mental health content for clinical accuracy, safety, and cultural appropriateness.
• Apply ethical decision-making principles when reviewing sensitive psychiatric and mental health scenarios.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to improve AI understanding of psychiatric concepts and clinical reasoning.
• Provide expert feedback on psychiatric evaluation frameworks and mental health-related AI outputs.
• Contribute to the development of culturally informed psychiatric training and evaluation materials.

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
• Completed Psychiatry Residency.
• Valid medical license in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Native-level fluency in Indonesian and strong professional proficiency in English.
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong understanding of ethical considerations in mental healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of clinical psychiatric practice.
• Experience across inpatient, outpatient, community, or specialized psychiatric settings.
• Strong understanding of both Indonesian and international psychiatric practices and frameworks.
• Experience developing educational materials, training content, or clinical case studies.
• Background in research, digital health, healthcare technology, or interdisciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with mental health documentation standards and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Interest in AI, healthcare innovation, and technology-driven mental health solutions.
