Psychology QA/Compliance

About the Role

The Psychology QA/Compliance professional will support quality assurance and compliance across Psychology Services. This role focuses on clinical documentation review, provider education, compliance monitoring, quality improvement, and follow-up.

A clinical license is not required. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in healthcare QA, compliance, behavioral health, post-acute care, medical records, or utilization review.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chart audits and clinical documentation reviews.

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, medical necessity, and compliance.

• Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing documentation education.

• Provide feedback to providers and track corrective actions through resolution.

• Monitor documentation workflows and identify recurring quality or compliance concerns.

• Assist with QA processes, audit tools, SOPs, and provider education.

• Maintain tracking and reporting of QA findings and trends.

• Utilize EHRs, Microsoft Office, and AI-supported QA tools as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant healthcare experience.

• 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Behavioral health or Psychology QA/compliance experience.

• Experience with Medicare behavioral health documentation and medical necessity.

• Experience developing QA processes, audit tools, SOPs, or provider training.

• Clinical license or credential (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

• Experience with AI-assisted documentation or chart-review tools.
