Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy treatment in accordance with treatment plans approved by the supervising Psychologist.

• Conduct structured pre-screening and intake interviews, administering approved screening tools as delegated.

• Monitor client progress and risk, escalating clinical concerns to the supervising Psychologist as required.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Practice strictly within scope and under ongoing supervision, with all diagnostic and treatment decisions reviewed and approved by the supervising Psychologist.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

• Professional liability insurance.

• Experience delivering client-centered, evidence-based counselling interventions.

• Strong communication, documentation, and professional judgment skills.

• Ability to work within regulatory, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

• Comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, Teams, Meet).

Compensation: $60–$75 per hour

Education: Graduate-Level Degree

License: Psychotherapist License in Ontario (required)
