Description The Outpatient Mental Health Center - Westminster offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians, providing specialized mental health care services. Specific responsibilities include: Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Flexible scheduling options. Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. Must be licensed in Maryland as a: Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) The pay range for this position is $42,011.64 minimum to $50,923.20 maximum.
