Company Description

At Rubiks Counselling Services, we are dedicated to providing and advocating for more accessible and culturally responsive mental health services. As therapists and people of color, we understand the complexities and barriers that exist within our current systems. Our mission is to minimize these barriers and foster resilient, more supportive communities. We provide a safer space for people to understand their world and currently provide services in four languages: English, Arabic, Farsi, and Spanish.

If you share this passion and are committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Why Rubiks?

Team Support: We are proud of the culture we've created at Rubiks! At Rubiks, you are part of a connected team that actively shares resources, navigates complex clinical work together, and holds space for one another.

Community Connections: Working with us means building meaningful connections with other community organizations and expanding your professional network within a culturally responsive ecosystem.

Support for Your Growth: We care deeply about the professional and personal well-being of our therapists. You’ll get dedicated 1:1 supervision, intentional mentorship, and access to free training. We are committed to giving you the tools, guidance, and space you need to feel confident and supported in your clinical work.

We Walk the Talk: You’ll be working alongside peers who share a lived and professional understanding of systemic barriers. Here, your dedication to anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and intersectional care isn't just a buzzword—it is the baseline of everything we do.
