Role: OutSystems Tech Lead

Location: Portugal – Remote


Required skills:

  • 6+ years of experience delivering OutSystems applications;
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer or Solution Lead on enterprise-scale projects;
  • Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11 architecture and development;
  • Experience designing scalable, secure and maintainable solutions;
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP integrations, databases and application architecture;
  • Experience with code reviews and establishing development quality standards;
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • Experience with Reactive Web Applications;
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases;
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
  • Knowledge of application security and performance optimization;
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
  • Experience with application lifecycle management;
  • Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is valued;
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and multicultural environments;
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills;
  • Professional English;
  • Portuguese.


Nice-to-have certifications:

  • OutSystems Tech Lead;
  • OutSystems Architecture Specialist;
  • OutSystems Security Specialist;
  • OutSystems Associate Developer (ODC);
  • OutSystems Web/Reactive Developer certifications;
  • Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS.
