YOUR ROLE Create, modify and update purchasing documents in ERP system based on documentation obtained from requestors (or based on data stored in related databases/applications); Distribute purchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/other indicated recipients; Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice‑to‑purchase order price discrepancies; Electronic archive of issued/modified/updated purchasing documents (together with all supporting documentation); Use various set of tools such as advanced macros and scripts in MS Excel; Keep Scheduling Tool tickets status updated in order to assure that all information presented there reflects true and reliable data; Cooperate with requestors and buyers in order to assure good quality of created/modified/updated purchase documents; Cooperate with other team members in order to assure that there is no interruption in the process and the internal customers are well assisted; YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in P2P processes or vendor management; Understanding of accounting principles and the purchasing document flow; Knowledge of the Purchase‑to‑Pay process; understanding of KYS basics is an advantage; Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow); Strong MS Excel skills (filters, sorting, formulas, tables); Experience with SAP or another ERP system; Very good command of English (spoken and written); Additional language skills are a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and business stakeholders; Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships; Professional handling of difficult conversations and escalations; Strong task prioritization and time management skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of requests; Independence in resolving issues and closing tickets; Logical thinking and root‑cause analysis skills; Proactive mindset — not only resolving issues but preventing future ones; Ownership of timely and accurate task execution; Reliability and sense of responsibility; High attention to detail and quality; Strong organizational skills.
