Senior Procurement Analyst

Kraj: PL Miasto: Mierzyn As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting Global Procurement through advanced analytics, cost transparency, and sustainability reporting. You will transform complex procurement data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Working closely with Procurement Project Managers, Category Managers, Sustainability, and Finance teams, you will help shape reporting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support both operational excellence and strategic objectives. What tasks are waiting for you? • Driving monthly cost reporting in collaboration with Procurement Project Managers. • Ensuring high-quality, accurate, and transparent procurement and cost reporting. • Developing and maintaining detailed cost build-up models. • Supporting cost target setting and alignment with key stakeholders. • Delivering quarterly sustainability reports and managing annual Scope 3 ESG reporting. • Performing sustainability hotspot analyses to support decarbonization initiatives. • Identifying opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes. • Providing analytical support for procurement, finance, and sustainability-related decisions. • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the global organization. Apply today if you: • hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field: • have at least 3 years of experience in procurement analytics, strategic procurement, finance, or a similar area; • have experience working in complex international organizations; • possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • have experience with cost reporting, sustainability reporting, or financial governance; • can translate data into clear, business-relevant insights; • are confident communicating with stakeholders across different functions; • are fluent in English, both written and spoken. It will be nice if you: • have experience improving and standardizing reporting processes; • have worked with business intelligence and analytics tools; • are proactive, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
