PTP Specialist - China Market (2 days WFH)

• Process payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  

• Handle China payment operations, with potential cross-country exposure within APAC.
  

• Maintain payment controls and resolve payment issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  

• Monitor failed transactions, minimise processing errors, and support month-end and year-end closing.
  

• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  

• Support business continuity and regional finance transformation initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in AP, P2P, payment operations, Treasury, or Shared Services.
  

• Familiarity with ERP systems, banking platforms, and electronic payment processes.
  

• SSC or multinational company experience is an advantage.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  

• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English to support China-related operations.
