Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid, 2 days on-site) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Team: Procure to Pay (PtP), Finance Reporting to: SSC Manager Amercias BU Working hours : 10.00 – 18.00 ( with f lexibility to collaborate across different time zones, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours) Where we need you: As our PtP Team Lead , you will become part of our international Shared Services Center (SSC) , leading the Procure to Pay (PtP) Invoice Processing team supporting commercial operations across the United States. Reporting directly to the SSC Manager Amercias BU , you will lead an international team of PtP professionals , based in Warsaw and in the United States . You will support business operations across the United States , partnering closely with Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams. As part of our global Shared Services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the end-to-end Procure to Pay process, delivering high-quality service, driving process improvements and automation, while developing and inspiring a high-performing international team. Your core responsibilities at a glance: Lead, coach and develop an international team of PtP Specialists , fostering collaboration, engagement and high performance. Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing for commerce-related purchases, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices. Ensure supplier invoices are properly matched against purchase orders, contracts and supporting documentation. Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently. Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring service levels and operational excellence are consistently achieved. Drive process improvements , standardisation and automation initiatives across the PtP function. Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations and global accounting standards. Support month-end and year-end closing activities , ensuring all invoices are processed and reconciled on time. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. The ideal recipe for our new PtP Team Lead: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay or Invoice Processing , within a multinational Shared Services environment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes , invoice matching and supplier payment workflows. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop cross-functional teams. Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams is considered an advantage. Experience working within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar (SAP is considered an advantage). Experience leading process improvement , automation or transformation initiatives. Strong analytical , organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements and audit processes . Fluent English , both written and spoken. Fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
