Job Description:
Metas Solutions has an "immediate opening" for an experienced Public Health Analyst that will support GID operations through project coordination, documentation development, meeting support, and SharePoint content management. The analyst will work with division staff to maintain accessible resources, document processes, and support timely completion of project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and other process documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Support meetings by preparing materials, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action items and follow-up needs.
- Update and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, forms, and document libraries.
- Organize and upload documents, workforce photographs, and other shared resources; maintain accurate links and current content.
- Develop descriptions and supporting content for division resource pages and document libraries.
- Assist with user guides for division systems, including documenting workflows, business rules, required fields, and instructions.
- Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather information, and incorporate feedback into deliverables.
- Track ongoing assignments, deadlines, and documentation updates to support continuity of division operations.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other project materials using Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, administration, health sciences, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in public health program support, project coordination, documentation, or a related area.
- Hands-on experience updating SharePoint sites, pages, lists, forms, and document libraries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate technical information into clear procedures and user instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related graduate degree.
- Experience supporting CDC or other federal public health programs.
- Experience developing SOPs, system user guides, and meeting documentation.
- Familiarity with Power BI for reviewing, updating, or presenting project data.
- Experience supporting document management, process improvement, and staff transitions.
Security Requirements:
- Must be US Citizen OR with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5) within a reasonable period.
