Public Relations Senior Account Manager

Public Relations Senior Account Manager Yes& is looking for a Public Relations Senior Account Manager who will help manage the strategic and tactical components of client public relations programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written, oral, project management and communications skills and be able to effectively juggle multiple client deliverables simultaneously. The PR Senior Account Manager must be highly motivated and excel in working in both a client-facing role as well as with the media/editorial community. Role will also include support for new business/business development pursuits, as needed. What you will do: Serve as the main point of contact for a select number of Yes&’s public relations clients, including all communications, management of client deliverables and reporting requirements Develop and execute comprehensive and strategic public relations and marketing plans Develop other related content such as case studies, collateral pieces, whitepapers, blogs, direct marketing pieces, executive call for speakers, and related talking points and award nomination Spearhead the creation and development of news/feature angles and proactively pitch media to coordinate interviews and coverage opportunities Develop press kits, briefing documents and supporting materials Write and pitch press releases and oversee media tracking. Develop and place op-eds/bylined articles Act as an advisor to clients on press-related issues Provide creative ideas for generating media coverage and other marketing related campaigns for clients Experience You Need: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent 5-7+ years of experience in a public relations environment, including project management, program management, or account management in the strategic or marketing communications industry. At least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience with B2C, B2B, consumer or B2G client work General consulting experience, including critical thinking, analysis, and planning Ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts Superior writing, research, communication and oral presentation skills Ability to communicate directly with clients and the media Experience that would be a plus, but not required: Time reporting and project management in Workamajig and ClickUp Personnel and/or resource management Understanding of the Meltwater PR platform and wire distribution services Values you should share with us: Working within a diverse team environment Crafting solutions for internal and external processes Communicating effectively with colleagues and / or clients A mix of collaboration and self-direction in work Results-oriented Ability to provide positivity and possibility to all internal and external deliverables Let's Chat!
