Publisher & Ad Sales Manager (Mobile Apps & Gaming | APAC)

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Publisher & Ad Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Mobile Apps & Gaming ecosystem in APAC. This role is responsible for expanding both our publisher network and advertiser partnerships, working closely with mobile app publishers, gaming studios, brands, media agencies, and AdTech partners to maximize revenue and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, publisher monetization, and the ability to identify and onboard high-quality publisher partners across key APAC markets. Key Responsibilities Acquire and grow partnerships with mobile app publishers, gaming studios, advertisers, and media agencies across APAC. Drive publisher monetization and advertiser adoption through programmatic advertising solutions. Understand publisher requirements and recommend the right product and monetization solutions. Act as a product consultant by explaining platform capabilities, OpenRTB integrations, SDKs, mediation, and monetization strategies. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation. Build long-term commercial partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, OpenRTB standards, mobile advertising technologies, and gaming market developments. Required Experience & Skills 4–8 years of experience in Publisher Sales, Publisher Partnerships, Business Development, or Ad Sales within Mobile Apps, Gaming, or AdTech. Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including: App Monetization, Programmatic Advertising , SSPs & DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Header Bidding , Mobile SDKs, Ad Mediation Platforms Proven experience working with mobile app publishers, gaming studios, or app developers. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
