Purchasing Agent Location: Remote (Philippines) Job Type: Full-Time We are a fast-growing provider of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services, focused on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. We are building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations and are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to assist with day-to-day procurement. Position Overview The Purchasing Agent will support daily purchasing operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered on time. This role works closely with U.S.-based operations teams and vendors to keep projects running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders for HVAC and electrical materials Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery Communicate with field teams regarding order status and updates Maintain accurate records in ERP and purchasing systems Assist in sourcing products and comparing vendor pricing Support inventory tracking and replenishment needs Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in HVAC, electrical, or construction-related industries Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Grainger, Winsupply, etc.) Experience in remote team environments This is a full time role Rate: $6 Important Notice: By submitting your application, you acknowledge and provide your explicit consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of the personal information contained in your application.
