Purchasing Agent (Electrical Materials)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent with knowledge of electrical materials and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely purchasing operations. Key Responsibilities Purchase and source electrical materials based on project and inventory needs. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and product availability. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and updates. Compare pricing and negotiate with vendors when appropriate. Knowledge and experience with electrical materials (required). Strong verbal and written English communication skills . Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations preferred. Good negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems is a plus. Purely work-from-home Night Shift (EST) Weekly pay
