We are constantly growing and developing, and the next step is to welcome a new star to join the team as a Purchasing and Warehouse Specialist Position Highlights: You will be part of the Logistics department within our company carrying out incoming, ongoing and outgoing control at the company`s warehouse and being responsible for the equipment and their storage. Furthermore you will be in charge of purchasing and preparing inquiries and orders for the required commodities to the respective suppliers, while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. What You`ll Do: Preparing inquiries and orders for the necessary equipment to the relevant suppliers according to the received requests of internal stakeholders. Organizing the delivery of ordered equipment and materials and ensuring their timely and accurate execution. Preparing and organizing the recording of purchase and receipt documents for equipment in the implemented ERP system. Completing and submitting to the Accounting and Financial Department, and storing the purchase and receipt documentation of the equipment according to the established procedure. Participating in preparing offers by collecting quotations and necessary documents from suppliers. Preparing necessary reports for on stock/available, ordered, and delivered/non-delivered materials. Accepting and distributing the equipment accepted in the warehouse. Maintaining inventory/stock levels. Organizing and labelling of the equipment. Performing the necessary loading and unloading operations Preparation of reports. Maintaining communication with suppliers and subcontractors of the company. Holding material responsibility for the provided equipment and its storage. Recording goods and material movements in the ERP system Executing deliveries based on preliminary orders. Responsible for compliance with occupational health and safety requirements in the warehouse. What You Bring : University degree. At least 2 years of experience on a similar position in Logistics and professional background in purchasing and/or warehouse management. Great communication and negotiation skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsible and reliable personality with positive attitude. Excellent computer literacy /MS Office; ERP/.
