Optimizing Price Agreements: Actively managing and updating price agreements within our system to ensuring data quality. Master Data Governance Support: Administering and maintaining purchasing-related master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Facilitating Market Inquiries: Providing essential support for standard market inquiries, helping to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and solutions. Maintaining IT System Accuracy: Ensuring all relevant purchasing data and transactions are accurately updated and maintained across our various IT platforms. Managing Loan Contracts: Overseeing the management and tracking of loan contracts for inventories, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency. Supporting Internal Controls: Assisting with internal control procedures to uphold Bosch’s high standards of compliance and risk management. Driving Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities and actively contributing to the implementation of process enhancements within our purchasing operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness. What distinguishes you: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Proven professional experience in an operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, ideally within a large, international organization. Demonstrated ability to identify and actively support the implementation of process improvements. Know-how: Proficiency in various IT systems critical to purchasing, including strong practical experience with SAP. Excellent data processing and analytical skills using MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Languages: Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are essential. Working Style and Methods: A highly organized and meticulous working style with a keen eye for detail. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive for process optimization. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Personality: Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships. High level of motivation, resilience, and flexibility to navigate challenges.
