Are you a senior majoring in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field and looking to launch your career with a growing manufacturing organization?
We're seeking an Entry-Level Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a student graduating in December 2026 to begin working part-time during the school year and transition into a full-time position after graduation.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, purchasing operations, and SAP while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations have the materials, services, and supplies needed to succeed. Responsibilities include:
- Purchasing materials, supplies, services, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operating) items
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Monitoring supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders from request through delivery
- Tracking orders and resolving discrepancies
- Processing and reconciling invoices
- Supporting vendor setup and maintenance
- Managing warranty claims and returned products
- Reconciling purchasing card transactions
- Utilizing SAP and procurement systems to support purchasing decisions
This role provides exposure to both procurement and finance-related processes, making it a great fit for candidates interested in supply chain, purchasing, accounting, or business operations.

- Experience processing invoices or working with financial transactions
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
