PV Sales Manager (France)

🇫🇷 We’re Hiring: PV Sales Manager – France Based

Growatt is expanding its Balcony Solar business in France, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us accelerate market growth.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in the French balcony solar market and already has strong relationships with local channels, distributors, installers, or renewable energy partners.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute Growatt’s balcony solar sales strategy in France.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential solar market.
• Build and maintain partnerships with:
• Balcony solar distributors
• Solar installers
• Renewable energy retailers
• E-commerce platforms
• DIY / home improvement channels
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and long-term account development.
• Build and maintain sales pipeline and achieve commercial targets.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to optimize market growth.
• Represent Growatt at industry exhibitions and customer events.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales / business development experience in the French renewable energy market.
• Mandatory: Previous experience with balcony solar / plug-and-play solar products in France.
• Existing network with relevant industry partners and customers.
• Experience working with:
• Solar distributors
• Installers
• E-commerce channels
• Residential energy solutions
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive market expansion.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with microinverters, residential storage, or smart energy solutions.
• Knowledge of French residential solar market trends and customer behavior.
