◆◆◆ 業務内容 ◆◆◆ プロフェッショナル・サービスの営業やサービス・メンバーの契約事務やサービス事務をサポートします。 具体的には提供されるガイドに基づき以下の業務を実施します。

• サービス契約書発行に関するシステム代行入力や、入力内容の確認を実施します。
• サービス提供時のプロジェクト情報登録代行や購買見積取得、各種管理レポートの発行を実施します。 生産性向上のための業務改善やAI の活用を実施します。
• フルタイム (9:00-17:36) 勤務が可能なこと
• 原則リモート勤務ですが、場合により箱崎事業所へ出社が可能なこと
• スキル
• 日本語での就労可能な言語能力を持っていること
• 英語：英文の読み書き、英語のツールを使用することに抵抗がないこと、習得する意思があること
• 生成AIや各種ツールの活用ができること、やり方を学んで習得する意欲があること
• ビヘイビア
• 決められた期日でタスクを対応できること、報告・連絡・相談ができること
• 幅広いビジネスシーンにおいて、日本語で適切なコミュニケーションができること
• 他者を尊重し、チームとして活動ができること
• 障がい者手帳をお持ちの方
• Microsoft Office製品を活用できること
