Python Developer Build scalable Python services and messaging workflows at Enteractive. You are the right person for the role if you like the challenge of supporting a fast-growing company that is innovating in the world of communications & CRM. The Role Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Build and integrate messaging systems, asynchronous workflows, and background services using technologies such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools. Write clean, reusable, and well-tested Python code while following established development standards and best practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the company’s technical architecture and product development. Stay up to date with relevant Python technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices, contributing to continuous improvement within the team. Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks while working closely with other developers and stakeholders. What You Bring At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily focused on backend development Strong understanding of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework, familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching systems and relational databases Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker is considered a strong advantage Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is considered a plus.
