Python Developer

This role is ideal for an experienced Python engineer with hands-on experience building conversational AI agents and MCP-based integrations for end-user-facing products. You will develop reliable backend services and LLM-powered features used by real customers, collaborating with a senior-level engineering team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and improve conversational AI agents (multi-turn dialogue, tool/function calling, context management) for end-user-facing products.
• Build and maintain Python-based MCP servers, clients, and integrations.
• Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI or FastMCP.
• Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user-facing solutions.
• Participate in improving system performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.

What we expect from you:

• English level B2 or higher for effective technical communication.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Hands-on production experience developing conversational agents or AI assistants.
• Hands-on experience with MCP: building MCP servers, clients, or integrations, not just familiarity with the concept.
• Experience working on end-user-facing products with real users, not only internal tooling or data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of prompting and tool/function calling in LLM-based systems.
• Proven backend engineering experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Understanding of embeddings and evaluation (evals) workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation.
• Experience with production-grade infrastructure and scalable services.
