▶︎ Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Engineer (AI Products) to design, develop, and scale next-generation enterprise AI applications.

You will build backend APIs, integrate LLM-powered AI agents into production applications, and develop scalable infrastructure connecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business data.

Working with Python, TypeScript, GCP, and modern AI development tools, you will contribute directly to the development of AI-powered products used by enterprise customers.

Experience with a specific programming language is not mandatory. Engineers with strong backend development skills or practical experience using AI-powered development tools are welcome, with opportunities to learn Python and TypeScript after joining.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to combine traditional backend engineering with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs for enterprise AI products

Implement LLM-powered features and AI agent functionality

Develop RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, and AI tool integrations

Build integrations with external SaaS platforms and enterprise applications

Design and implement data synchronization and processing systems

Improve backend performance, scalability, and reliability

Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

Collaborate with frontend engineers and product architects

Contribute to regular product releases and continuous improvements

Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve software quality

▶︎ Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional software engineering experience

Experience in at least one of the following:

Backend/API development using modern languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust

Software development using Generative AI, LLMs, or AI coding tools

Experience developing or operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Native-level Japanese proficiency

Note: Specific Python or TypeScript experience is not required at the time of application.

💰 Annual Salary: ¥7M–14M

Monthly salary: ¥500,000–¥1,000,000
