Fabletics Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst for our Warehouse Management Systems.
Fabletics Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced QA Analyst to join our team remotely. This role focuses on testing and releasing new platform capabilities of the Evolve WMS, used in warehouse operations. Testing often includes verifying behavior on the same physical devices used in the warehouses, and nearly always includes significant data validation using MSSQL. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong follow-through abilities, capable of optimizing workflows and documenting changes clearly.
This position will report to the Sr Director, Engineering & QA - Evolve.
What you will do:
- Own the test plan for roadmap projects, from acceptance criteria through release
- Create effective documentation for issues encountered so that other team members can resolve them more quickly
- Work closely with developers and other internal team members to debug problems
- Develop internal tooling to make testing easier, faster, and more effective
- Foster trust and accountability within the team, contributing positively to day-to-day activities
- Verify production releases and confirm production stability after deploys
What you can bring:
- Very strong communication skills:
- high agency - willingness to ask questions, unwillingness to be blocked
- responsiveness - effectively using text channels such as Teams and Slack, responding quickly, writing often
- clarity – effectively expressing yourself succinctly in chat as well as voice calls
- Intermediate level SQL skills, including understanding database concepts, writing your own SQL, and adapting SQL written by others
- 3+ years professional QA experience:
- in a digital environment (required)
- WMS experience a plus
- any warehouse experience at all in any role also a plus
- Understanding of and willingness to use AI tools such as Claude to teach yourself and improve outcomes by drafting SQL, summarizing logs, and understanding code
