QA Automation Analyst – Salesforce

QA Analyst-Test Automation

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce, API, web, and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain regression, sanity, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and release validation testing.
• Perform API testing and automation using tools such as Postman.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into release processes.
• Log, track, and validate defect resolutions using Jira and Agile delivery practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of automated test coverage using Provar, Appium, Selenium, and other testing tools.
• Maintain test evidence, quality metrics, and release-readiness reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA and test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Provar, Appium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations
• API testing experience using Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and defect management.
• Knowledge of regression testing, release validation, and quality engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Provar for Salesforce test automation.
• Appium mobile automation.
• JMeter performance testing.
• Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud experience
