What You’ll Do Perform functional and non-functional testing : Plan and execute test cases for our cloud-based web app and mobile features, focusing on risk-based, exploratory, and regression testing. Bug Prevention & Identification: Collaborate with product, design, and developer teams early in the process to identify potential issues, documenting bugs thoroughly in Jira. Process Improvement: Regularly review existing testing procedures, propose enhancements, and help shape our overall QA strategy and maintain documentation in Confluence. API Testing: Use Postman and Swagger to validate API endpoints, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end components. Our Hiring Process Intro Chat (30 - 60 mins) – A friendly conversation with our Head of QA to learn about your background, interests, and career goals. Technical Task – A hands-on assignment to showcase your approach to testing.
