Your mission at Sitoo

As we scale our global presence, we are expanding our engineering team with a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this key role, you will help eliminate testing bottlenecks, reduce key-person dependency, and drive high release quality. You will balance hands-on testing of our mobile POS application with accelerating our transition toward robust test automation. Working closely with our compliance and core QA teams, you will ensure our software is reliable, scalable, and tailored for expansion into new markets.

What you'll do

• Mobile Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous manual and exploratory testing on Android and iOS applications to deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Test Automation Strategy: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites to minimize manual regression efforts and reduce technical debt.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional development and product teams to detect bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle.

• Quality Advocacy: Promote best practices in software quality, driving continuous improvement across development processes.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Mobile Testing Background: Proven experience in software QA with a strong emphasis on testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Automation Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and tools aimed at scaling test coverage.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey quality metrics and technical insights to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a drive to solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.

• Compliance Experience (Plus): Experience testing against regulatory or compliance requirements, such as fiscal or market-specific certifications, is a strong advantage.
