QA Engineer (Mid-Level) - Manual Testing

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We're looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer with around 3 years of experience in Manual Testing who enjoys understanding how products work - and how they can fail. You'll be involved in testing a variety of web and mobile applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and functional requirements. Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams. Review requirements and user stories to identify risks, edge cases, and missing scenarios. Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Validate APIs using Postman (or similar tools) and perform basic database validations using SQL. Support release validation and production verification activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices. Work across different client projects, adapting quickly to new products and business domains. Around 3 years of experience in Manual Software Testing. Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Experience testing web applications (mobile testing is a plus). Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and bug reports. Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman (or similar). Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. Familiarity with at least one automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) to understand and maintain existing automated tests. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fully remote and collaborative environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
