Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on QA Lead to lead quality engineering for a large-scale retail Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
• Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases.
• Lead and enhance Playwright + TypeScript automation.
• Manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting.
• Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics.
• Support production releases and after-hours validation when required.
• Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• QA leadership for large-scale e-commerce applications.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) testing or comparable commerce platform.
• Playwright + TypeScript
• TestRail & BrowserStack
• JMeter performance/load testing.
• API and end-to-end integration testing.
• Regression and production validation.
• GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
