QA Technical Assistant II

- Develops and implements quality programs and process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with final product quality standards and delivery requirements.

- Applies quality improvement and problem-solving tools and techniques, including corrective and preventive actions, and identifies ways to overcome barriers to quality improvement.

- Collects and analyzes data using appropriate standard quantitative statistical methods to support process analysis and improvement.

Document Control and Change Control System Administratio

- Operates and maintains the physical Document Control Center in accordance with internal procedures.

- Reviews, controls, manages, and maintains electronic documents within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Training Process:

- Trains personnel to ensure competency and awareness of best practices, company policies and procedures, and other information related to Document Control, Change Control, Training, and other quality system processes.

- Maintains and administers the site training matrix and follows up on training completion and effectiveness.

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the position manager.

- Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and support inspection readiness activities
