What are we looking for?

We are looking for a QA & Test Automation Team Lead to join an international project for a major European organization.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the testing team, defining QA standards, strategies, and plans, as well as coordinating manual and automated testing campaigns, defect management, integration of tests into CI/CD, release preparation, and post-production hyper-care activities.

MUST have for this challenge βœ…

  • EQF Level 7 + a minimum of 15 years of professional IT experience, or EQF Level 6 + a minimum of 17 years of IT experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Test Team Leader.
  • 8 years of experience testing Information Systems using the UN/FLUX standard.
  • 8 years of professional experience working in an International Organisation.
  • 4 years of experience testing applications deployed on AWS.
  • 4 years of experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for the creation and management of testing environments.
  • 10 years of experience with Test Automation technologies and frameworks, including a combination of Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and Groovy, for Web, API, and Mobile testing.
  • 5 years of experience with HP Fortify, Ready API, JMeter, SonarQube, XML, SOAP, REST, and SOAP UI.
  • Experience in Functional, Regression, and UAT Testing, including evidence capture and defect reproduction.
  • Experience with Test Management tools, especially Jira / Zephyr.
  • Experience in Test Data Management, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Experience in Performance & Load Testing.
  • Experience in Risk-Based Testing and test design techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, State Transition, and Exploratory Testing.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures based on ISO 9001 / CMMI.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD, using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI, AWS CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
  • Experience with programming languages for automation such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy.
  • Experience in Defect Metrics, Quality Trends, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and Test Automation architecture design.
  • Ability to prepare reports and executive presentations, communicating risks, metrics, and quality status to different levels of the organization.
  • 6-Sigma Green Belt certification or higher – mandatory.
  • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – mandatory.
