About this role: As a QA Tester for the Property Accounting team area of our YAVICA products, you will be responsible for defining, validating, and supporting property-related accounting processes across our D365 Finance & Operations platform. Your responsibilities will encompass our solutions across core FlexProperty accounting, YAVICA Procurement Management (YPM), and YAVICA Loan Management (YLM). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the technical ability to validate complex workflows and financial postings. In this role, your key responsibilities are to: · Understand YAVICA’s Quality Manifesto, giving feedback on the test strategy through continuous feedback to Senior QA and Test Manager to improve overall software quality. · Support the Test Manager and Senior QA in test planning and strategy implementation. · Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing, successfully engaging across multiple products and initiatives simultaneously. · Collaborate closely with Product Owners/Junior Product owners and developers across multiple locations to clarify requirements, priorities, timelines, and acceptance criteria. · Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts (covering positive, negative, edge, and boundary value cases) in Azure DevOps. · Schedule daily automated regression tests for CU/Main Releases, continuously enhancing the test suite for increased coverage across Build Verification tests, Regression Tests, Performance tests, Security testing and other test types. · Debug and troubleshoot failed tests, properly identifying script errors versus functional errors. · Raise and track bugs for failed tests and re-run test scripts for bug closures in Azure DevOps, actively participating in defect triage and resolution. · Present test results to stakeholders and support agile delivery flow. · Critically evaluate and challenge requirements and acceptance criteria with Product Owners/Junior Product owners and developers, asking targeted questions to drive the design of comprehensive automated and manual testcases. · Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. · Validate core property accounting functions, ensuring lease accounting, contract-based revenue recognition, billing logic, cost allocation and others. · Execute workflow-driven test scenarios and validate flexible, configuration-driven invoice approval logic for the YAVICA Procurement Management (YPM) product. · Test loan lifecycle scenarios, including loan creation, accruals, payments, and adjustments for YAVICA Loan Management. · Test end-to-end integrations across various YAVICA products—for example, validating how property and loan transactions seamlessly impact the subledger and general ledger (GL). · Investigate and localize issues by analyzing system logs, network traffic, and utilizing other relevant debugging tools. You might be a great fit if you have: · 5+ years of QA experience within complex Agile system landscapes, comfortable handling multiple integrations and dependencies. · A relevant qualification (e.g., Computer Science, Accounting, Business) alongside certifications in Software Testing (ISTQB, CSTE or similar). · Experience in functional testing (Integration, Acceptance, Regression, Smoke, Sanity) and non-functional testing (Performance, Load, Stress, Usability, Security, Compatibility, Accessibility). · Solid understanding of various testing approaches (Black-box, White-box, Grey-box) and Shift Left methodologies. · Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated regression tests using frameworks such as Playwright or the Acceptance Test Library (ATL) will be an added advantage. · Experience in transitioning testing frameworks toward modern automation architectures and exploring AI-driven testing approaches, including Agentic AI for testcase creation/execution/update. · Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps. · Domain knowledge in Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Accounting processes. · Domain knowledge on the Microsoft platform, especially Dynamics Finance & Operations. · Excellent consulting, communication, written, and presentation skills in English. · Strong collaboration and time management skills, focusing on being a supportive team player committed to continuous learning and problem-solving. · Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development and Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills.
