About this Position Supports GZ site’s quality control operations by performing product and material testing, maintaining lab systems, and ensuring product and process compliance with internal and external standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain audit readiness, drive continuous improvement, optimize efficiency, and operational consistency. Data accuracy: deliver reliable, real-time quality results and documentation. What you´ll do Conduct routine and non-routine tests to verify material and product quality. Analyze test results, identify and report deviations, and support corrective actions. Ensure timely accurate data entry in SAP QM/MES and proper documentation of test outcomes. Maintain laboratory equipment, support calibration and MSA. Collaborate with QC supervisor and team leader to resolve quality issues and improve testing workflows, and ensure that quality issues are promptly escalated and addressed. Support initiatives on automation, VSM, to increase lab efficiency and performance. Comply with all 5S, Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) rules, procedures, and regulations. Participate in quality improvement projects, internal audits, and the continuous improvement of the quality system. What makes you a good fit College degree in engineering or related background. At least one year working experience in chemical lab. To support shift work according to production requirement. Able to support extended working time <36h/m. Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues.
