About the Role As a QoS Specialist, you'll monitor service quality, analyse QoS performance, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate with internal technical teams through to resolution. You'll be a technical point of contact for customers — clear communication and steady service standards through the whole incident lifecycle. You'll work within an international, remote Operations team, with direct access to engineers and real influence over how the function is built as it grows. What you'll do Monitor and analyse QoS KPIs — packet loss, latency, jitter, throughput, availability. Investigate service degradation and perform first-level technical troubleshooting. Manage customer incidents from report to resolution, inside SLA. Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to resolve technical issues. Give customers clear, professional updates throughout an incident. Prepare incident reports, QoS reports and technical documentation. Spot recurring issues and feed them into service improvement. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field. 3–5 years in QoS, Service Assurance, Telecom Technical Support, Network Operations or similar (5 years preferred). Solid grip on QoS KPIs, TCP/IP networking, DNS and root-cause analysis. Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently, remotely.
