Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Qualified Electricians at McEvoy Electrical Ltd. The role involves carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on industrial, commercial, and DC power systems in line with relevant standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing electrical faults, troubleshooting system issues, performing testing and inspections, and documenting all work performed. Qualified Electricians will collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications, while maintaining clear communication and accurate reporting.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving electrical faults.
• Candidates should possess understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to industrial and commercial installations.
• Relevant electrical trade qualification or certification, with current registration where applicable.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial, commercial, or DC power projects.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings, manage time effectively, and complete tasks to a high standard.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safe work practices.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel to project locations as required.
