As an AI Quality Analyst, your responsibilities will include evaluating the quality of personalized responses generated by the AI model, ensuring they align with user context and expectations. Your assessments will focus on grounding, relevance, and helpfulness, identifying instances where personalization may be incorrect or artificially forced. You will review side-by-side responses to detect subtle differences in relevance and accuracy, providing detailed feedback to the development team to inform ongoing improvements.
