What you´ll do Support the tracking and monitoring of Continuous Improvement projects by maintaining project trackers, monitoring milestones, and following up on action items Assist in developing communication plans and creating engaging materials such as announcements, infographics, and promotional content for Quality & Continuous Improvement initiative Help update and improve Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement training materials, presentations, and supporting documents Monitor and consolidate updates from Quality & ISO Coordinators to support effective reporting and follow-through on key activities Conduct data validation, quality checks, and status tracking to ensure accurate and reliable project and operational information Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support Continuous Improvement, Quality, and ISO-related programs and initiatives Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to enhance processes, communications, and operational efficiency within the Quality & Continuous Improvement team What makes you a good fit Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organizational Communication, or Project Management Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage Knowledge in live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred-eighty (480) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
