The Market Intelligence Data Operations Process Quality team is responsible for verifying product specifications and ensuring accuracy in the Tech and Durable Industries for market research purposes. As part of the Global Operations team of Legacy MI OPS, we handle quality checks for top-selling products across various sectors, including IT/Telecom, Major and Small Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Photo, Telecom, Automotive, DIY, and Office Stationery Sectors. Daily Quality checks on base of an automated created iQC Sample. Assists in developing and implementing all Global Process Quality MI Data Operations quality products and processes. Ensures a high-quality standard of QC processes. Participation in wider scope of quality activities. Execute low to medium-complexity tasks under supervision. Responsible for correct setting of QC Ratings as quality proof and a base for further QC analysis. Ensures the global quality standards are met. Responsibility for standardized, transparent and neutral quality checks of GfK product master data within responsible panels/sectors. May respond to internal or external customer complaints. Supports in analysing the Quality results and RCA. This entry-level role in the Market Research Tech and Durable Global Quality Team requires good product knowledge, internet searching skills, and familiarity with quality standards. Preference will be given to team members with strong technical knowledge of online, e-commerce, and Tech and Durable Industry products. Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with the expected accuracy and completeness. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Product knowledge in a limited set of Product Groups. MS Office proficiency. Advanced Product knowledge in a limited set of Product Groups. Good technical skills required to execute the quality checks. Bachelor’s completed degree in any discipline with technical knowledge is preferred.
