The Opportunity We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This fully remote role is critical to ensuring our platform operates flawlessly under the demanding conditions of high-stakes finance. You will take ownership of our testing strategies, build robust automated and manual testing pipelines across our tech stack, and ensure that every release meets the highest standards of reliability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in validating our AI and LLM capabilities, working closely with engineering and product teams to protect the integrity of our customers' financial data. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated and manual test suites using Python, Java (Spring Boot), and React. Validate complex financial workflows, security requirements, and compliance standards across the platform. Establish testing protocols for AI and LLM-driven features to ensure output reliability, safety, and consistency. Execute security testing, API vulnerability assessments, and regression pipelines to safeguard sensitive financial data. Partner closely with software engineers and product teams to catch complex edge cases before code hits production. Thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with high autonomy. Who We’re Looking For Proven experience in software quality assurance and quality control within B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated financial environments. Strong automation scripting skills using Python, alongside experience testing applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and React. Hands-on experience testing AI / LLM applications, prompt engineering behaviors, or model outputs. Solid understanding of security testing practices and familiarity with financial compliance frameworks. Deep attention to detail and a passion for uncovering hidden edge cases in complex business logic.
