Quality Assurance Engineer - ERP Systems

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote QA Engineer to join the team behind our internal ERP platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and data integrity of a system that supports core business operations. This role combines manual and automated testing, close collaboration with developers and the product team, and a strong emphasis on clear documentation and communication. Key Responsibilities Design, write, and execute test cases for new features and enhancements across ERP modules Perform integration testing to validate how different modules and external systems exchange data Automate repetitive test scenarios using tools such as Selenium Write SQL queries to verify data accuracy and integrity across database tables Test backend services and RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman Document, track, and manage bugs through their full lifecycle, following the team's workflow Investigate complex system issues, isolate root causes, and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders Participate in sprint planning and UAT cycles, and contribute to improving QA processes and test documentation Maintain organized, well-structured records of test cases, bug reports, and QA processes 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing Understanding of core business processes (e.g., inventory, supply, sales) and how they flow through ERP systems Hands-on experience with integration testing across modules and external systems Working knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium Ability to write SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity Solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services, with experience using Postman or similar tools Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to support test automation Strong analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting bugs and issues clearly Highly organized, with strong documentation habits for bugs, processes, and test cases Nice to Have Experience documenting and managing bugs in Jira Exposure to ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems Why Join Namou Properties Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy Opportunity to work on real ERP automation and data-driven systems that directly impact business operations Exposure to modern technologies, automation tools, AI solutions, and scalable business platforms High ownership role where your contributions will directly improve how the company operates and grows Collaborative environment with close interaction with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders Competitive compensation with opportunities for professional growth and career development
