We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer — Mobile who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mobile applications across iOS and Android, while collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver seamless, secure, and high-quality mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for mobile applications across iOS and Android.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Validate APIs and backend integrations supporting mobile applications.
- Contribute to test automation and improve overall QA processes.
- Perform testing across different devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure releases meet defined quality standards before production deployment.
Must Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Experience with manual testing, including functional and regression testing.
- Understanding of API testing and REST APIs.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing applications built with Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
