We’re now looking for Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and ensure quality assurance of Product and Production Processes, regulatory compliance for The QRILL Company AS (TQC) products delivered to customer/markets as well as ensuring all products quality and safety for the consumers and regulatory compliance across applicable markets. What You’ll Do All the responsibilities below are related to vessels, warehouses and vessel products: · Maintain and manage the Quality System for TQC (e.g. Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Complaints, SOPs, Internal Audit, Supplier Qualification and Product Recall etc.) · Periodic reviews/audits for activities delegated to Third Party Organizations (TPO) · Qualification and authorization of new suppliers or TPOs · Review & Approval of product specifications · Administration and authorization of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) in TQC related to product quality and production processes · Authorization of product labels · Batch disposition (release / rejection) for product released by TQC · Approve stability reports to assess any product impact · Participate in third party inspections (TQC currently maintain the following certifications: ISO:9001, FEMAS, MSC CoC) · Participate in regulatory agency inspections · Communicate with external parties on quality related issues · Authorization of reports, protocols and validation plans according to document control procedures · Lead HACCP- and Food Defense Team · GMP/HACCP training · Cooperate with production department on quality issues and improvements. · Issue statements and relevant documents for regulatory registrations and customers related to the above-mentioned areas · Promote quality culture · Other tasks agreed with HSEQA Director Work Experience/Education requirements: · Experience in working with quality processes · Excellent communication skills · Manage to convey quality related information to internal and external stakeholders · Knowledge about how to work precisely according to procedures, rules, and regulations · Fluent in written and spoken English · Higher education in science subjects and related fields Why Join Us At Aker QRILL Company, you’ll be part of a global frontrunner in sustainable krill-based ingredients, serving aquaculture, pet food, and human health markets.
