Make Your Mark at Ipsos

Are you highly organised with a passion for quality and attention to detail? Do you enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems, improve processes and deliver exceptional client outcomes? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, market-leading business? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Channel Performance delivers mystery shopping and performance measurement programmes that help clients understand customer experiences, identify opportunities and improve performance. As a QA Project Executive, you will play a fundamental role in the success of our Mystery Shopping business, ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved across our validation and quality assurance processes.

Working closely with our Client Success, Project Management and Operations teams, you will act as the key link between functions, ensuring validation resources are effectively deployed, project deadlines are met and all survey data meets Ipsos quality standards before being delivered to clients.

This is a varied role where you'll monitor quality metrics and KPIs, provide coaching and support to validation teams, contribute to operational planning discussions and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and automation. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, business performance and Ipsos' reputation as a leading mystery shopping provider.

We are ideally looking for someone to be based in the St Albans office.
