Quality Assurance Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Existing Products Operations & Management

• Inventory Control: Closely monitor finished goods inventory levels to timely plan and initiate stock replenishment, preventing supply chain disruptions.
• Compliance & Packaging Management: Update, manage and organize master databases/trackers for quality compliance certifications, packaging specifications, and labeling. Ensure all product details strictly align with the legal standards of destination countries (such as the US).

2. New Product Production & Shipping Coordination

• Internal & External Liaison: Partner with internal teams, QA inspectors, and suppliers/factories to resolve quality, technical, and packaging issues during production.
• Production Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor factory production progress to guarantee on-time delivery, accurate quantities, and adherence to required quality standards (specifically for products with finalized technical specifications and designs).
• Technical Quality Control: Apply a quality-control (QA/QC) mindset to inspect factory outputs, identify defects or discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA) with manufacturing partners to ensure product readiness.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with shipping lines and freight forwarders to track transit progress and shipping schedules of finished goods to the US warehouse, ensuring shipments arrive on time as committed.

3. Data Management & Progress Assurance

• Data Consolidation: Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data (production readiness, factory booking, inspection planning, and shipment) to maintain highly accurate master trackers.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular, precise progress updates and reports to internal stakeholders and partners to ensure all operational goals and customer requirements are met on time

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong information management skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize data effectively.
• 1–4 years of experience in product coordination, supply chain, QA/QC Administration, Production Planning, or Merchandising Coordinator in export-oriented manufacturing or retail industries.
• Experience in baby, maternity, consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Experience working with international markets (US preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across time zones when required.
