Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of critical enterprise applications, including functional, regression, performance, integration, and end-to-end testing to support operational priorities.
  • Validate application interfaces, integrations, and system changes against defined business, technical, and operational acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, execute test plans, and document test results, defects, and supporting evidence using approved testing and defect-tracking tools.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and QA automation coverage, where applicable.
  • Identify, analyze, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to support timely defect remediation.
  • Support user acceptance, release readiness, and operational readiness activities.
  • Validate system changes across complex environments involving multiple system integrations.
  • Apply QA methodologies, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
  • Maintain thorough test evidence documentation in line with QA standards.
  • Coordinate testing activities using test management and collaboration tools.
  • Contribute to related quality assurance activities and deliverables, as required.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of experience planning, developing, executing, and documenting manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications and associated interfaces.
  • Experience validating system changes and working with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to support user acceptance, release readiness, and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting testing activities within complex enterprise application environments involving multiple system integrations.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and test evidence documentation.
  • Experience using test management, defect-tracking, and collaboration tools such as qTest, Allure TestOps, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • 2+ years of experience working with collateral management systems such as the Vermeg Megara solution or capital markets trading platforms in a development, support, configuration, or quality assurance capacity.
  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, information technology, business systems, or engineering.
