Quality Assurance Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our training and quality assurance process.

You will review trainee performance, identify mistakes, maintain accurate records, and help ensure every trainee is assessed consistently against clear standards.

Previous experience in this exact field is not required. We are mainly looking for people who are structured, reliable, and naturally notice details others may miss.

What you will do

• Review trainee work against clear quality standards
• Identify mistakes and inconsistencies
• Document feedback clearly and accurately
• Maintain QA trackers and training records
• Monitor trainee progress
• Flag concerns to the relevant team members
• Support training-related administration when needed

What we are looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• A structured and consistent way of working
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems
• Able to follow detailed processes accurately
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• QA, training, moderation, recruitment, or operations experience is a bonus
• Experience as a QA

Role details

• Full-time remote position
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• $5 USD per hour
