Position Summary

Velocity Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Controls Analyst to support the Quality Division within the Compliance Department. This position is responsible for conducting internal audits, quality assurance reviews, transaction testing, exception reporting, and ongoing monitoring activities designed to evaluate adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and operational standards.

The Quality Controls Analyst serves as an independent reviewer responsible for identifying compliance and operational risks, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, analyzing quality trends, and supporting corrective action initiatives. This role partners with Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Oversight, Complaints & Disputes, Operations, and third-party service providers to strengthen the organization's control environment and promote continuous improvement.
